First in Italy since 1997

Founded in 1997, the Consorzio Stabile Grifone was the first consortium in Italy of distributors for subservice networks.

In more than 25 years, we have grown, acquired a structure and integrated the activities of our members to become the largest undertaking in the sector in Italy.

Over the years we have continued to monitor both the market and the new technologies as they become available sourcing the best products and suppliers in Italy and Europe and preparing up-to-date commercial offers: the best prices and grassroots presence are two of the competitive edges we can guarantee on a daily basis to the customers who place their trust in us.

1997

Foundation of the Consorzio Grifone, the first consortium in Italy of distributors for subservice networks.

2004

A new member company, Sicilcondotte S.r.l., allows the Consorzio Grifone to expand its operational network to Sicily.

2014

To ensure an ever faster supply of products to all customers, a centralised warehouse of over 2000 square metres is set up in Moncalieri (TO).

2016

Three new members join the Grifone Consortium: G.M. Tecnorappresentanze S.r.l. and Plastica Cesena S.r.l., which bring the Consortium to Emilia-Romagna, and Geatti Arnaldo S.r.l. in Friuli.

2017

The change from Consorzio to a Consorzio Stabile was formalised, thus giving our group the name it goes by today.

2019

ISO9001:2015 certification is acquired, attesting to the Consortium’s desire for ongoing improvement through a quality management system.

2021

Apulia and Upper Tuscany/East Liguria enter the operational scope of the Consortium, with Battezzati Michele S.r.l. and Tubiplastic S.r.l. joining the group.

In the 25th year of the Consortium’s existence, ISO 14001 certification is also obtained, attesting to the Consortium’s commitment to the environment.
